Media Release
I do hereby release all rights or claims in connection with photographs
or
video (hereafter “media”) in which I appear, for use by Entrust. I
understand that the media, if used, will be for the promotional purpose
of
assisting Entrust and I waive any claim to financial remuneration for
the
use of these media. I also waive any right to inspect or approve the
finished photos or advertising copy.
I give Entrust all rights, title, and interest in pictures, negatives,
reproductions and copies of the original print, along with the right to
exhibit those pictures for communications purposes.

You will be contacted if we need any additional information. When the
module is confirmed, you will be notified of the next steps.
Please do
not order workbooks or make travel arrangements until you are
notified
that your place in the module is confirmed.
